This is my favorite area in my house. I love the slate around the fireplace - what you can actually see of the fireplace! I love the candlesticks that I found on a "Girl's Trip" with friends. (They look much bulkier and heavier in person!) And the best thing is the set of pictures above the mantle. These were some black and white professional shots from when Mckenzie was a little baby. They are very special to me.
